In 2010 the Brighton Motorcycle Show will open its doors for the very first time on the late August bankholiday and the Harvey Marketing Company are marketing and event managing the whole event. A weekend of bikes, live music, entertainment, quality catering and much more… Whether for the families, or just a trip to the coast, Brighton is once again establishing itself as the destination for the summer. The BMS will be hosted at the Hickstead International Showground and will continue to do so for the next five years. Hickstead currently hosts large international shows and the mass acreage will surely offer all the space for what promises to be a good first year for the BMS. May 2009 saw HMC deliver a sales and marketing based workshop to a number of aspiring hospitality led businesses with a view to supporting the Brighton and Hove Chambers of Commerce and their recession busting support initiatives. Hosted from the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Brighton this Sales and Marketing event looked at a tailored approach to marketing based on Nick Harvey’s successful approach with other hospitality type businesses. Since 2003, the Harvey Marketing Company Managing Director has been assisting with the South Downs Way Challenge and the Brighton to Paris cycle event for the Argus Appeal . In 2008 in what was a one off event, HMC worked in partnership with the Hilton Brighton Metropole to deliver a general managers team building event which raised close to £7,000 in one evening. Having raised almost £1million to date on these wonderful occasions we are pleased to announce our continued support for 2009. June 2009 will see a number of Argus Appeal ambassadors (HMC included) attempt the South Downs Way in 1 day.. Watch this space to find out how they get on >>

Spring of 2009 has seen the establishment of one of Sussex’s newest business portals - the Sussex Business Bureau. Offering speed-networking events, telephone answering services, sales and marketing advice, training, business support and much more; this East Sussex based business is already providing leading and start up businesses with a multitude of a product offerings.With help from the Harvey Marketing Company, the Sussex Business Bureau aims to become the preferred portal for advice and a one stop shop for business services across Sussex. The Sussex Business Bureau very recently hosted the speed networking event at the Hove Business Exhibition as one of the main sponsors for the event.The next speed working event will be at the Hilton Brighton Metropole in June.
